- Liu Hanyuan, born in December 1964, is a male ethnic Han form Meishan, Sichuan Province. He is a member of China National Democratic Construction Association and has a postgraduate education. He is the board chairman of Tongwei Group and director of Tongwei Co., Ltd.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC.
He was a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
