- Shen Ying, born in May 1965, is a female ethnic Han from Luoshan, Henan Province, and a member of the Communist Party of China. She is an associate researcher, has a postgraduate education and holds a doctor’s degree. She is now the vice minister of the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the ACFIC (ministerial-level), executive vice chairman of the ACFIC, and vice president of the ACCIC.She is an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
