- Shen Bin, born in September 1979, is a male ethnic Han from Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a postgraduate education. He is the secretary of the Party Committee, executive director of the Board of Directors, and chairman of Jiangsu Shagang Group.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC.
