- Fang Guanghua
- Fang Guanghua, born in January 1965, is a male ethnic Han from Yiyang, Hunan Province, and a member of China National Democratic Construction Association. He has a postgraduate education and holds a PhD in History and the professional title of professor.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC and vice president of the ACCIC.
