- Bai Chong-En
- Bai Chong-En, born in October 1963, is a male ethnic Han from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He is a member of China National Democratic Construction Association and dean of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC.
