- Zhang Xin, born in November 1962, is a male ethnic Han from Minqin County, Gansu Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a junior college education. He is the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of TBEA Co., Ltd., and secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang TBEA.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC.
He was a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
