- Huang Daifang, born in September 1963, is a male ethnic Han from Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. He is a member of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party and has a postgraduate education. He is the board chairman of Tellhow Group Co., Ltd.
He is now the vice chairman of the ACFIC.
He was a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
