- Ye Qing, born in June 1966, is a male ethnic Han from Jiangmen, Guangdong Province. He is a member of China National Democratic Construction Association and has a junior college education. He is the chairman of Beijing Yeshi Enterprise Group Co., Ltd.
He is now the vice president of the ACCIC.
He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
