- Ma Zhicheng, born in June 1978, is a male ethnic Han from Guangdong Province. He has no party affiliation and has an undergraduate education. He is the chairman of Chang-Hua-Hang Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd.
He is now the vice president of the ACCIC.
