- Wang Tian, born in January 1968, is a male ethnic Han from Xiangxiang, Hunan Province. He has no party affiliation and has an undergraduate education. He is the chairman of Better Life Group.
He is now the vice president of the ACCIC.
He was a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
