- Zhang Ronghua, born in November 1969, is a female ethnic Han from Tangshan, Hebei Province. She has no party affiliation and has an undergraduate education. She is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Tianjin Rockcheck Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
She is now the vice president of the ACCIC.
